A LOCAL MOTHER - DAUGHTER DUO WITH THEIR FOOD TRUCK

I love farmer’s markets. There is something so special about the intimacy – it is like, simply by attending, you become part of something. As someone who has moved many times, I always appreciate these precious moments of feeling included.

How cute is this little truck?

Part of the charm of a farmer’s market is of course the setting, and this one is located at the water in a quaint New England town. And then there are the people, and the lovely mother-and-daughter duo with their beautiful red truck are drawing the masses in.  I loved capturing the delicious homemade pastries and teas, the warm smile that every customer, big and small, receives, and the delight in people’s faces when they tasted their pastry or enjoyed an ice tea.

I spent a little time doing what I love, observing through my lens, and connecting with beautiful souls. And then I topped it off with a homemade lavender lemonade and the most delicious lemon bar – in my book, that’s the perfect Fall afternoon!
